Michelle Bracewell-Musson, President and Owner of Green Expectations, has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2008 and completed Fresno, California's first LEED® Platinum ID&C project and LEED® Gold BD&C commercial office buildings.
Since that time, she has been the Project Administrator for several LEED® projects, and is internationally recognized. Green Expectations' representatives are experts in managing the LEED® certification process for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance, Building Design and Construction, Interior Design & Construction, and Recertification projects.
Due to her commitment to sustainability, she also served as the President and Program Administrator for the U.S. Green Building Council-Central California Chapter. In her free time, she enjoys educating people about sustainability and energy savings.
